Labour, time and cost saving machines for clearing brush

Brush-cutting is a tough labour intensive process, AS-Motor have been producing labour, time and cost saving machines for clearing brush for over 50 years. The walk-behind machines range from 53cm to 86cm have single or variable speed transmissions, also in the offering is a choice of engines in 2-stroke or 4-stroke from 6.0hp to 14.0hp and all are capable of handling steep slopes and rough ground with ease.

Because AS have had a focus on extreme conditions since day one the machines are designed and built to take a punishing day after day, they use thick gauge galvanised steel, stainless steel cables, have very strong blades with belt and engine protection built in. Not only will the machines cut everything in their path they will also mulch it up to leave a clean and neat finish. Because the blades are enclosed within the deck you do not get debris thrown out like a handheld machine, but with the front caster wheels are nearly as manoeuvrable.

Faster, safer and neater than a handheld. If you are looking for the ultimate in productivity look no further than the AS ride-on machines, using many of the features of the walk-behind machines, just adding a seat and hydrostatic transmissions to increase productivity to another level. The AS 800 has a cutting width of 80cm with a very narrow overall width enabling it to be used in places a ride-on machine normally cannot go by fitting through a garden gate.

The AS 940 is the ultimate ride-on machine and is the only commercial machine with a 4WD transmission enabling it to go places and through undergrowth like no other machine, all the machines have a low centre of gravity with differential lock.
