Miko Street Furniture provided the complete package for the Street Furniture requirement at the new ‘Hub Community Centre’ in Barnard Castle County Durham.

Miko produced a range of Street Furniture and Canopies alongside the Landscape Architect to meet the specific needs on The Hub project. The Street Furniture package included a 14m long curved picnic canopy (as pictured). A Secure Canoe Store to store 50 canoes for use on the Hub’s lake. A Tensile Structure covering an outdoor performance area, together with all of the Street Furniture which included Benches, Bins and Picnic tables and also a Fire Pit with the Hub Logo punched in the side which gave a very warm glow to the Hub’s sing-alongs and BBQ’s .
