Eliet Truckloader TL 450 PRO HD (Heavy Duty), the flag ship of the vacuum cleaner series, offers maximum operational reliability. It’s engine and suction turbine are separate components with a belt-driven impeller, making for a more stable bearing of the impeller's carrier axis and also frees the engine from the dynamic power traction in the suction turbine. Unique in the market the automatic brake stops the impeller as soon as it’s disengaged.

This machine is both reliable and user-friendly, able to work comfortably and ergonomically for many hours. The 3.5mtr suction hose is fixed to a support arm (outreach 1,900mm), keeping the vacuum hose lifted at half its length. The nifty hinged arm, castor wheels and wide double handlebar, mean the operator does not have to keep the nozzle uplifted and has full freedom of movement. The long handle allows any user – regardless of posture – to hold the nozzle in an ergonomically correct manner.

Both vacuum hose and blow pipe are 200mm diameter, making blockages almost impossible. It’s made of wear-resistant stainless steel and rotates 360⁰. The self-lubricating nylon rotation point won't get stuck due to dirt. A deflector valve mounted at the end of the blow pipe ensures the loading area of a truck is filled to the brim. Ensuring the lowest possible maintenance cost with a quick detachable front cover and cleaning valve that can be disconnected with a minimum of tools allowing for easy removal of sludge from the turbine.
