Exuberant summer colours have inspired Sempergreen to develop three new types of vegetation blankets, each with its own distinct colour scheme.

The Dazzling Yellow, Passionate Pink and Sparkling White vegetation blankets have been created to bring more colour and diversity to the green roofings. These new blankets are immediately deliverable from supplies as from now.

At flowering times, the yellow flowers in the Dazzling Yellow vegetation blanket ensure an eyecatching yellow glow on the roof. The white flowers in the Sparkling White vegetation blanket provide sparkling white lights, while the pink in the Passionate Pink blankets provide a warm, intense colour explosion.

Apart from being planted with colourful flowers, the vegetation blankets also contain various types of Sedum plants. To keep the roof nicely green during the winter, a variety of evergreen plants have been included. In chosing the flowers and plants, attraction of butterflies and bees was one of the selection criteria. This increases the biodiversity of the green roofs. Plants grow on coconut fibre matting and an especially developed Sempergreen substrate.

These colourful Sempergreen vegetation blankets are completely free from pesticides and suited to all roofing at sloping angles of up to 25 degrees.

Sempergreen can also deliver vegetation blankets with Sedum succulents in combination with other plant varieties, such as herbs, wildflowers, shade plants and decorative grasses.
