Since Multihog was first launched just under 2 years ago the manufacturers of this versatile multipurpose implement carrier have continued to develop even more attachments which offer an ever increasing range of applications.

Productive and speedy operation is at the core of the Multihog’s design: it can be used with an almost limitless number of attachments all year round to carry out diverse tasks such as verge and barrier maintenance, grass and hedge cutting, sweeping, snow ploughing and gritting. Multihog’s quick release mechanism enables all attachments to be changed or demounted in just a couple of minutes. The hydrostatically driven 90 horsepower base unit is characterised by an extremely robust build. It has a 2000kg carrying capacity front & rear and a 3000kg towing capacity and with hydraulic power outputs simultaneously operational on the front and the rear, it offers increased productivity. The 360° driver visibility and large spacious cab with low vibration & noise levels ensures a safe and exceptionally comfortable operating environment.

Multihog works closely with industry experts to develop new applications. The new planer attachment for example is faster, cleaner and quieter than other machines on the market. It planes road surfaces to a width of 400mm and a depth of 125mm and saves on the costs of infill materials by only removing what is necessary. Another recent development - a barrier cutter - enables much quicker and safer clearance of vegetation around crash barriers alongside motorways and dual carriageways. The time savings achieved by are impressive: a customer reports that a previous 9 hour shift averaged a total of just 3km, whereas 3km per hour can now be achieved.
