Vitax Supaturf will be officially launching its brand new, comprehensive range of pedestrian and tow-behind spreaders at Saltex this year.

Specially developed to combine high quality with highly efficient and economic application of fertilisers or other turf treatments, the all-new range includes a total of seven machines

Five are walk-behind broadcast spreaders, one is a tow- behind broadcast spreader and the final machine is a basic drop spreader.

Theeasy-to-use spreaders provide capacities from 23 kgs to 56 kgs. At the highest capacity there is a choice between a pedestrian controlled unit and a tow-behind spreader.

All the broadcast spreaders feature hoppers manufactured from tough moulded plastic, plus corrosion-resistant, powder-coated frames and heavy-duty gearboxes. The top-of-the-range SSR125SS features a stainless steel frame and chassis.

All the broadcast spreaders are equipped with pneumatic grass tyres to spread the loads to prevent rutting of turf. A rain cover is supplied with each machine to keep hopper contents dry. oppers are also equipped filters to ensure no oversized material can enter and cause blockages.

The towable spreader is the ideal choice where multiple pitches or larger areas of amenity turf are to be treated. The first of its kind from Supaturf, it provides all the features and benefits of the other machines in the range.

The drop spreader has been designed with economy in mind and is the ideal choice for small areas or limited domestic applications.

Four machines in the range have been designed to as salt spreaders suring the Winter to keep access routes, paths and car parks clear in freezing weather.

Supaturf will also be showing its full range of line marking machines, including the revolutionary Briteliner Arrow transfer-wheel marker which has taken the industry by storm since its introduction earlier this year, together with its extended range of line marking liquids.

Completing the line-up on the stand will be the Vitax Amenity ranges of turf fertilisers, water management and other treatment products.
